Kaleem Hussain FRSA  AFRHistS FTLS

Kaleem Hussain is the founder and Managing Director (MD) of Guidance Consultancy. He brings a diverse range of multi-disciplinary industry and sector experience offering strategic thinking, analysis and insight in the areas of Change Management, Transformation, Compliance, Financial-Crime, Risk, Law, Financial Services, International Relations, NED, Advisory Services and skillsets at board level for a diverse range of organisations and businesses. 

 

MD, Kaleem Hussain is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce (FRSA). He is an Executive Committee Member of Warwick Business School Alumni Network (WMAN) and a RANE Network Expert, a risk intelligence organisation providing access to critical insights and world-class expertise to ensure business continuity and resilience for members to successfully navigate ever-changing, complicated geopolitical environments which is trusted by over 400 leading corporations, government agencies, academic institutions reaching over 1.5m members. He was elected in 2024 to become an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.

 

MD, Kaleem Hussain is a Global Diplomatic Forum (GDF) Alumnus with an ability to provide strategic in-depth geo-political analysis and insights using diplomatic tact and agility on international relations issues.

 

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, MD Kaleem Hussain pioneered and curated the United in Hope- United for Humanity (UHUH) series initiative helping to instil hope in people and the community. The series highlighted how through using creative ingenuity and working in partnership with the private, public and third sector organisations; innovative solutions can be devised to help people in a crisis situation. 

MD, Kaleem Hussain participated in and completed the 2023 Euphrates Peace Practice Alliance Program which is accredited by the Centre for Executive Education of the University for Peace, established by the General Assembly of the United Nations.

 

MD, Kaleem Hussain is an honorary fellow at the Foundation for Science, Technology & Civilisation (FSTC), where he has given numerous talks and presentations on the themes of inter-cultural dialogue, arts and heritage. He is a vocal advocate for the environment, social and governance (ESG) agenda and is an active member of various sustainability forums including holding the position of Executive Member of the Birmingham Climate Action Network (BCAN) and Fellow at Better Climate Governance. 

 

MD, Kaleem Hussain is a passionate advocate for volunteering, mentoring, giving back to our communities and has been actively volunteering and mentoring via multiple organisations spanning more than a decade including during the COVID-19 pandemic peak phase. He was formerly a mentor as part of One Million Mentors Programme and for Mosaic-founded by HM King Charles III to inspire young people from deprived communities to realise their talents and potential. 

 

He holds an LLB Law (Honours), LLM International Economic Law (University of Warwick), PDLGM (Warwick Business School), Level 4 DipFA- Diploma in Financial Advisers (The London Institute of Banking & Finance) and is Prince 2 accredited.
